I'm serious. There's nothing redeeming about this statement. It's 100% for condescending purposes and the user deserves a good ol' fashioned curb kicking.

what would you expect. America is a selfish society. All people care about is themselves. So many of them think that being rude will get them places. They feel like if they are nasty and rude you will refund that $30 late fee which is clearly their fault.
